The design is a combination of three distinct programmatic blocks, a marketing office on the ground level to the south, an engineering office on the first level, and a security and services block to the north. A continuous architectural screen wraps and bridges these volumes, unifying them into a cohesive whole. Articulated through vertical fins in a warm terracotta palette, the screen adds rhythm, depth, and scale to the façade while mediating light and privacy. Set within a landscaped foreground, the building establishes a grand yet composed street presence.
The marketing office that appears as a bold, layered form along the street, is more than just a transactional space. Vertical fins soften the mass, catching light and shadow as the day unfolds. Solid yet inviting, the building offers a warm sense of arrival. A space where the search for a home gently begins.
